Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. You’ll receive the same product shown in the photos. Minor packaging/label updates may occur by batch or region, but the formula, size, and quality are the same. Any major changes will be noted on the product page.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

On the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email (PDF/link). You can also find it anytime under My Account > Orders. If you can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll resend it.

How can I return an item?
  • Timeline: Request within [30] days of delivery.
  • Condition: For hygiene products, returns must be unopened/unused in original packaging; damaged/defective/wrong items are eligible even if opened.
  • Steps: Contact support with order number and photos → receive RMA and return label → ship back → refund/exchange within [3–5] business days after inspection.
  • Shipping: We cover return shipping if it’s our error; otherwise return postage may be deducted.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
  • Yes. Core SKUs are restocked regularly, typically within [1–3 weeks]. Use “Notify me when available.” If a product is discontinued due to regulatory or formula changes, we’ll mark it and suggest alternatives.
